Outdoor Coil Cleaning
Rinse and clean the outdoor condenser coil so your AC doesn't have to fight to breathe.
Outdoor Coil Cleaning, done right, in Brevard County.
Your AC's outdoor condenser coil sheds heat from your home into the outside air. When it's caked with grass clippings, pollen, dust, and dryer-vent lint, that heat transfer slows down — and the system runs hotter, longer, and more expensively. We surface-clean accessible condenser coils with a foaming coil cleaner and a controlled rinse. No refrigerant work, no sealed-system access.
What you get
- Restored AC efficiency
- Lower summer electric bills
- Less stress on the compressor (which extends its life)
- Cooler indoor temperatures on the hottest days
Frequently asked
The indoor coil sits inside the air handler and is part of the sealed refrigerant system. Accessing and cleaning it without disturbing that system requires an HVAC contractor's license, which is outside our scope.
Once a year is plenty for most Brevard homes. Twice a year if you live near a busy road, mow weekly, or have lots of nearby trees.
It can help if the only issue was a dirty coil. If the system has a refrigerant leak, electrical problem, or failing component, you'll need a licensed HVAC contractor. We'll tell you straight up which it is.
